2000 Maxcom Tooling was founded. The company provided precision tooling services to the Semicon Industries cimpanies within Asia. Appointed Antech-Enviro Philippines, Inc as the agency in Philippines semicon industries.
2001 Set up sales office in the Philippines. Our strengths had increased from 8 to 20 staffs.
Established and Invest more CNC machining equipment as customer requirement increased.
2002 Established research and development team for test socket business to privde total solutions for customers.
Established "used test handler machine" business to provide cheaper source of equipment for customers.
Established the QC team for further improvement of quality products and performance
2003 Established a branch office in Mainland China.
Established Maxcom Advance Technology. Included a director who specializes in die bonding manufacturing techniques and eventually developed standard equipment for Heat-Seal Connectors bonding.
2004 Expanded facility and production space. Our strengths had increase to 50%
Companys Sales Revenue increased to 30%
2005 Established a branch office in Thailand & Malaysia
Appointed a distributor in Taiwan
2006 Established Maxcomtech Pte Ltd. to furhter development new test pin products and test socket business for semiconductor industries.
Brought in additional design personnel at Singapore headquarters to further enhance response to customer requirements.
Company sales  Revenue increase almost 100% (more than three millions sales)
2007 Developed our very own first test finger. Ongoing IPO Maxcom patent product (M-Pin test socket)
Brought in technical manager with extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing techniques to further develop our standard products and open new technological frontier for growth.
Brought in additional design personnel to beef up the R and D division.
Added in more test measuring equipments to further improve company's capabilities.
Maxcom Tooling had been converted to Maxcom Tooling Pte Ltd
2008 Received Supplier Excellence Award from customer.
Appointed a sales & marketing manager to further expand our network, company's exposure and visibility to semiconductor industries.
Preparation to apply ISO 9001
Preparation for Exhibition in Semicon West Show.
